Jim began his mortgage career in 2004 with Guardian First Funding Group, where he quickly rose to the top — leading the company in loan originations during his very first year. Over the next eight years, he continued to excel, earning leadership roles including Team Leader, Branch Manager, and eventually Vice President of National Sales.

As the industry shifted toward FHA reverse mortgages, Jim helped transition GFFG into one of the nation’s top 10 reverse mortgage lenders. After the company was acquired in 2012, Jim took over the Northeast sales division, continuing to lead by example and maintaining top-performer status through his dedication to both clients and team members.

In 2013, Jim joined Senior Reverse Network, bringing his expertise, drive, and leadership to a growing team. With more than 1,000 successful loan originations and multiple awards for both sales and leadership, Jim remains focused on what matters most: treating every client like family and helping them achieve financial independence with confidence.
